Welcome to the AYANEO universe! Thank you for choosing our products. AYASpace is an exclusive software solution developed to enhance your gaming experience on Windows devices. This guide will provide you with all the information you need to get the most out of AYASpace , including detailed instructions and answers to frequently asked questions.

0. Preparation Before Installation

Before you start using AYASpace , some preparations are necessary:

1. Download and Install AYASpace

Start by downloading the latest version of AYASpace :

After downloading, double-click the file to install it. If you encounter missing file errors, temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus and try again.

2. Install AMD Radeon Software

For the best gaming experience, make sure your AMD Radeon software is up to date:

Check and update to the latest version if necessary. Don't forget to enable the "GPU Scaling" option under the "Gaming-Display" tab of the software to ensure better stability when changing display resolutions.

3. Controller Firmware Update

For AYANEO Founder's Edition users, without an official hardware update, it is crucial to update the controller firmware to enjoy new features, such as vibration adjustment.

1. AYAID Registration

To take full advantage of the software and online features offered by the AYANEO team, you must register and create an AYAID account. Registration is quick and easy, requiring only your email address.

Tip: You can also register using your phone number by pressing the "X" button to change the registration method.

2. Game Management with AYASpace

AYASpace was designed to simplify the management of your games, whether they come from Steam , Xbox , or your local collection. Here's how to make the most of these features.

2.1 Automatic Game Scan

When you launch AYASpace , games installed on Steam and Xbox are automatically scanned to ensure your library is up to date with locally installed games.

  • For manual scan , enter the "Games" interface by pressing LB/RB , then press the Menu button to manage games and perform a quick scan.

2.2 Manual Game Management

AYASpace makes it easy to manage your local games without complicated operations.

  • To add or manage local games, go to the "Games" interface, then press the Menu button to open the game management menu.

2.3 Adding Local Games

To add local games to your library, AYASpace uses a unique algorithm that scans common directories to detect installed games.

  • If a game is not automatically detected, you can manually add the main directory of the game's executable file to include it in the library.

2.4 Research and Improvement of Game Information

For a well-organized game library, AYASpace allows you to search for missing information or add missing items manually.

  • Steam and Xbox games will have their data automatically retrieved and stored locally. If any information is missing, you can search or manually complete the data:

    • library.png : Cover image for the games list.
    • bkgd.png : Background image for the game details page.
    • clearlogo.png : Clear logo displayed in the upper right corner of the game details page.

These files must be placed in the game installation directory.

3. Configuring AYAQuickTool

AYAQuickTool is a handy feature that allows you to quickly adjust important settings of your device, such as TDP , resolution , and more.

3.1 Configuring Controls

Configure AYAQuickTool controls for quick access to essential features directly from the main interface or during your gaming sessions.

  • Controls configured in "Home" : These controls are displayed on the AYASpace home page for quick access.
  • Controls configured in "AYAQuickTool" : They are accessible via the KB key during gameplay.

4. Using the KB Button

The KB button is a versatile key that makes using AYASpace much easier:

  • Hide/Show AYA Space: Use the KB button to switch between displaying AYASpace and the Windows interface.
  • Quick Access to AYAQuickTool : Press the KB button in-game to open AYAQuickTool and quickly adjust settings.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do some games minimize when I press the KB button?

A : This issue is related to fullscreen game compatibility in this Beta. To avoid this, switch to "Borderless Windowed" mode.

Q: Why does my game crash when I change resolution mid-game?

A : Many games do not support changing resolutions mid-game. It is recommended to change the resolution before launching the game to avoid crashing.

Q: Why are some of my local games not detected by the scan?

A : AYASpace 's scanning strategy is being optimized. Games with overly complex directories may not be scanned. Manually add the games directory under C:/games to improve detection.

Q: Why can't I set vibrations in AYA Evo ?

A : This is a known bug in this Beta version. A controller firmware update is required to resolve this issue. Install firmware version v109 or newer to enable this feature.

Q: Why are my games purchased on Epic/Origin/GOG not added correctly?

A : Only Steam and Xbox are currently supported for automatic import. Support for other platforms will be added gradually.

Q: Why is the "Update" button on the home page not working?

A : Firmware and driver update feature will be available in a future release. At the moment, AYASpace is still in Beta testing phase.

Q: Why can't I set an avatar?

A : The avatar editing feature is not yet available in this Beta version.

Q: Why can't I use touch for some commands?

A : Touch support is being improved and will be available in later versions.

Q: Does AYASpace require a constant internet connection?

A : A login is required for account registration and obtaining online data. However, AYASpace can be used offline once these operations are completed.

Q: Can I reassign the KB button to another key?

A : No, the KB button is essential to the operation of AYASpace and cannot be reassigned. However, you can add keyboard widgets to quickly access essential features.
